Common Pantry, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit food pantry, was founded in 1967 to combat hunger and food insecurity in specific northern neighborhoods of Chicago.

DISTRIBUTION HOURS

We distribute food on Tuesdays from 4 to 6 p.m., on Wednesdays from 1 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m., and on Thursdays from 1 to 4 p.m. Produce day is the 3rd Monday of each month from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., except for January.
Clients can come to the Pantry for food once per month. Photo IDs are required, and they must include a current address.
